In compliance with French law, all our rooms, the restaurant and bar are non-smoking.

Extra guests or children staying in their parents' room:
Extra bed offered free of charge up to the age of 3 years old.
From 4 years and upwards: 130 €uros per person, per night on a bed and breakfast basis.

First access offered free of charge for stays of over 5 nights
Day Spa & Wellness center pass available to purchase for the duration of your stay.

For stays of 5 days and less our rates are calculated as follows :
Thursday, Friday, Saturday +30% ;
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday -5% of the above mentioned rates

Small pets are allowed in rooms, charged at a rate of 40 €uros per day, excluding meals
Secured parking: 30 €uros per day
City tax : 1,65 €uros per person, per day (13 years and older)

Outlays (taxi, health area…) paid by credit cards will be subject to a 2% surcharge

Booking and Cancellation Terms:

Arrival and departure:
Reservation is confirmed for an arrival before 6.00 pm.
A late check-in should be advised at the time of reservation.
Rooms are available from 15:30 and must be checked out by 11:00.
A late check-out, if possible, and only after reception and reservation departments agreement,
will be charged 50% of the room rate up to 5.00 pm and 100% of the room rate anytime later than 5.00 pm

Cancellation terms and conditions:
Reservations are only confirmed once we have received the agreed 40% deposit per room, per staystrong
Pre-payment of the balance of your stay is required in full THIRTY (30) days in advance of your arrival.
Non-payment of the deposits before their due date will directly lead to reservation cancellation.
The price per night is calculated on a bed and breakfast basis (buffet breakfast in the restaurant or continental breakfast served in the room)
Your room is available the day of your arrival from 3.30pm.
You must return your key and leave your room by 11am the day of your departure.

Cancellation terms and conditions:
For any reservation cancelled or postponed more than THIRTY (30) days in advance of the arrival date,
the non-refundable 40% deposit will be retained.
For any cancellation, regardless of the reason, less than THIRTY (30) days before the arrival date,
the full balance of the stay will be retained.
In the case of a shortened stay, early departure, late or deferred arrival, the full balance of the prepaid stay will be retained.
