On the menu, a gastronomic journey under the stars for gourmets and gourmands alike. As the seasons go by, the same pleasure for the eye and taste buds in the heart of an enchanting setting. Choose between the stretching sunny terrace, elegant dining room garbed in light wood, table d’hôtes in the kitchen allowing guests to observe the enthralling ballet of chefs at the ovens. In tune with the fare, an outstanding list of wines selected by Sommelier Bruno Cahu.
Chefs
Le Chabichou Chef Michel Rochedy, a native of the Ardèche, has made the mountains his imaginary land. Along with Stéphane Buron, his “accomplice” and spiritual son for over twenty years (1st Prize 2002 Taittinger International and 2004 “Meilleur Ouvrier de France” awards), he will take you on a discovery tour of cuisine that blends traditional Savoyard or Cévennes savours and exotic-inspired dishes. Little surprise that the two Chefs set out to comb the streets and restaurants of Asia to add further soul and originality to their recipes. When they’re together, words become unnecessary. Smiles and looks do the trick!

The pleasure of gathering, sharing, pleasing and learning... Book a session and discover the secrets of a great Chef in the kitchens of Le Chabichou. Michel Rochedy and Stéphane Buron welcome you to their ovens, offer tips, tricks and sleights of hand to guarantee successfully delectable meals. An initiating aromatic stroll through the vegetable garden, weather permitting.

For adults, Thursday morning from 9.30 to 12.
For children, Wednesday from 5 p.m. to 6.30 p.m.

Le Chabichou comes to you where you are with a selection of take-away dishes as varied and appetising as those served in the restaurant. For lovers of balanced breakfasts, the meal that is considered the most important, we offer you a wide selection of organic products to complement the extensive buffet served from 7.30 to 9.30 a.m. The Bio Corner, dedicated to dairy products (cow, soy, rice milk), grains (bread, gingerbread, muesli), juice (carrot, fruit) and season-fresh fruit or dried fruit, was created to provide something extra to our establishment.
